The WORST customer service ever. TYLER is rude. He tells you one thing. Makes promises about your prescription medication he can't keep, and then after you've waited and waited. He lies and says he never said those things. Thing is? He was recorded both times. I'm turning our discussion in to the main people. This is twice in 2 weeks I've not gotten important life saving meds. I'm not fighting a mere cold.
Very nice folks, quick service, had walk in covid booster; booth “flavors.” Will go back for certain.
They closed an hour early for no reason. They said, "You don't need to know why! Just follow us!" and hung up on me. I have never seen someone so rude.
Very nice people and skilled technicians. I literally didn't even feel my first booster, and normally I am very sensitive to shots. Also, they only do walk-ins; no appointment required.
