I’ve been a customer of Pharmacy.ca for many years and always had great service, so I’m not sure if there’s been a change in management or a shift in how things are run. Unfortunately, the new (at least new for me) website has been unusable for over a week. It isn’t user friendly, it has bugs, and it gets stuck at the end of the survey with a spinning gear icon. Terrible experience. Provided a supplement that triggered an allergic reaction. I had ordered three boxes at the request of my doctor but they refused to stand behind their product and wouldn't return even the unopened boxes. Definitely worth looking at another online store. I will never purchase here again.
