Ochsner Pharmacy and Wellness at The Grove is a genuinely outstanding pharmacy that goes well beyond simply filling prescriptions. Definitely 5 stars for me!! Can't say that going to the pharmacy to pick up medicine is a favorite hobby of mine, but I can say the folks at The Grove always seem to make it a pleasant experience. I am always greeted with a smile and a strong sense of a willingness to help me. Tasha provides quiet, but very effective leadership that keeps everything running in an efficient, organized and professional manner!! Salute to Tasha and the wonderful staff at the Grove!!
Had to pick up medicine and workers was very helpful
PROS - Friendly staff, quick, east refills, good notifications, medicines are 90% in stock and if not, they are good at getting them the next day. CONS - Inconvenient location, Parking is an issue during clinic hours, not willing to clear up any prescription issues with the providers that are in the same building. Not open on Saturdays. Closes at 5:30pm when most people get off of work at 5:00pm.
