Pharmacy Specialties has consistently been easy to work with whenever I need a prescription filled. Most of the time, my medications are ready the same day my provider sends the script over. I once had an issue with a compounded medication where the valve wasn’t working properly, but they handled it quickly and fairly — no attitude, just professionalism and care to get it resolved. Excellent compounding pharmacy that we've used for years! Sherry is very knowledgeable and helpful. When I've had questions, they do their best to research the answers. So grateful that we have this in our area!
I'm sorry to say that I am not satisfied with the service I've received. I have repeatedly asked you to text me when my medication is ready for pickup, but it seems there are continual issues with the computer system. Instead, I keep receiving phone calls. As a deaf person, this is very frustrating for me!
