This review is for the pharmacy. They are very slow every time, not just a one off issue, this has happened several times over the last year with 30+minute wait times for simple prescriptions. Maybe they need the trainers from SSF to show them how to be efficient.
Usually pretty busy, but kind and efficient
We are new to Kaiser and it's been great so far. Pharmacy is always busy.
