The check in line is the problem. More often than not, someone ahead of you has some issue. The clerk then deals with that...as long as 5 or 10 minutes. Meanwhile the check in line grows and grows. When I check in, I swipe my card, show I.D. and finish within 30 seconds. The check in line should be just that... quick. There should be a separate window for those with a problem.
Kaiser Folsom had great customer service and friendly receptionist
If I could give Kaiser pharmacy 0 stars I would. Customer service is garbage. Doctor treat you like your a number. Give you the run around instead of taking care of bussiness
