Number one, they do not let you submit refill requests until 3-5 days before you will be out. THEN ON THE DAY THEY ARE DUE, THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT RESTOCK. First they said 1-2 days until it will be in stock, but now that those two days have passed, they say a minimum of 3-5 MORE business days. It’s a weird feeling to switch to Kaiser and be treated solely as a number, to have concerns be dismissed and to watch family members concerns be brushed aside, there’s no discussing or fighting. It’s a no for everything and that’s final. If you can afford Kaiser Permanente, you can absolutely afford someone else.
