Worst experience I've dealt with insurance. Went to the Urgent Care for my eye and they had to send me to Riverside to see a specialist. Had to drive myself as I had no one available to take me. Kind of hard when I couldn't see out of one eye. Got to Riverside and then had to pay another co-pay of $50. Saw the doctor and he gave me prescription for eye drops. Run way to late taking care of Patients. People have waited two hours today with appointments! Kaiser is not what it used to be.
I moved and had to fully find doctors. The Urgent Care people saved my life and I live my new doctor. The people in the lab are the best.
The most uncaring..misleading people. . Went for urgent care..got sent to different places. .waiting over an hour. .everyone blames everyone else.. Disgusting service.
