Standing in line for a pickup order is almost always a long wait, even for an employee. I stood there with three other patients being called up. I do not like their process. They need more pharmacy tech assistance focusing on checkout rather than the check-in line, which is shorter. Three pharmacy assistants were checking in patients and one pharmacy technician assistant was doing checkout. It does not seem appropriate.
