I don’t understand why the pharmacy clerks are consistently rude. I usually choose to have my medications shipped, but I’ve had to reorder one medication online twice and still never received it, so I ended up placing it for pickup instead. Their attitude is the main reason I avoid picking up prescriptions in person. If they’re unhappy working there, they should consider transferring to a different department.
No one ever asnwer the phones. Unprofessional.
