My doctor is great! The professionals really care and do a good job. However they work for Kiser and with me having two insurances, they cannot coordinate so I pay more than I did with one insurance before and they refuse to cover medically necessary medication. Kiser denies medication and it gets approved by secondary insurance and then Kiser won’t dispense without me paying over $600 cash for it because they do not bill other insurances. If you have an option for insurance I do not recommend Kiser!
Horrible customer service 11/14 at 405 pm lane 6 number 440. Rude lady (dirty blonde Ukrainian) ignored my greeting and complained that it wasn't her Friday. They also don't take cash which is something they do not tell you until you pull it out. Which you'd think between the spammy calls, emails, texts and portal messages telling you to go get your stuff YOUD THINK IT WOULD PROVIDE NOTICE OF ACCEPTED PAYMENTS. So glad my coverage ended bc this was a disappointing visit and that lady needs a break.
Their card system doesn't work with modern FSA/HSA cards. Spent an hour on the phone with my card provider and it came down to them just not updating their system
The people working at the pharmacy are so nice! I’ve never received such thoughtful care from a pharmacy before.
