I have ALS they were very attentive I did not have a long wait I liked everybody there they contacted me on my Kaiser app they did a great job
People are nice. Service is stupid. If my doctor phones in a prescription, why would I have to fill it when I arrive to pick up? Also, prescriptions vary in price from month to month, sometimes double the price randomly with zero explanation or discussion to be had. I’d rather my employer discontinue health insurance benefits and get my own plan. This for profit KP crap sucks.
Kaiser is the best.
