My wife had the worst experience with this office, receptionist was rude and informed her that she recommended her not to come the 15 minutes early that they advice us, then when making a complaint the nurse even got rude to my wife, so much for “Thrive”

RecommendedThis is actually for Kaiser Permanente emergency services in San Rafael and I want to say that Ryan and Carson and the nurse who is from Russia who gave me my tetanus shot were fantastic however Dr. Myers is a dick. The total time that I met with each and every individual was about 15 minutes however the entire visit was close to 4 1/2 hours and if Dr. Myers doesn’t want me playing around with some of the apparatus that I’m quite familiar with then he should lock it up or tend to his patients in a more timely manner.
