Kaiser's staff could take the time and actually listen to the patient. A simple 15-minute phone call with an oncologist would ascertain if the patient felt comfortable in using that doctor. Yet, the scheduling coordinator unilaterally chose to deny that request. It's ridiculous and negligent to make patients wait weeks for an hour consultation when the patient specifically asks for a shorter appointment. #anotherKaiserFail

RecommendedAll doctors , pt etc are all professional in their fields and I feel comfortable being a patient of Kaiser Permanente. They have a kp.org app and it is very easy to use and you can see all your info and you order your medication to your mail. Except narcotic can’t be mailed it has to be pick up at a pharmacy of your choice.

Kaiser has been nothing but a joke for my family. They have missed diagnosed my nephew 3 times and he’s under the age of 1. My brother in law has also been missed diagnosed with strep throat that was actually valley fever that was found by the hospital. My sister has had nothing but issues. She was told by her own doctor that something was wrong but since my sister didn’t actually mention it, that they weren’t going to treat it. She has had problem after problem with these doctors.
