Terrible service 8/21/2014 I refuse to come back. I come for help and I get denied my room for thinking of others that don't feel well. KAISER IS CARELESS. DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR.

Going to Urgent Care and filing a grievance for improper medical treatment are as useless as teats on a boar hog. Riverside, CA, Urgent Care sucks big time! No treatment given for a perineum abcess; no pain pills and no antibiotices given either. Yet, according to kp and the PA that saw me, I was given the appropriate treatment. It wasn't until I saw ob/gyn that the problem was taken care of. We pay close to $2000.00 a month for no treatment given. What a great deal! Oh! But, wait! After all, I'm a senior citizen. I only have experience with Dr. Montgomery in ob/gyn. He has been my hi-risk doctor and he is truly amazing. He has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever seen. When I am completely freaked out, he has a way of making me feel totally comfortable and really takes the time to explain things very well. If you are ever referred to him, rest assure you are in good hands!
