The Kaiser Pharmacy in Rancho Cucamonga is wonderful. They are are efficient and friendly as they quickly and accurately fill one’s prescriptions.
Update your operating hours on Google Maps and the front door, showed up to the pharmacy with nobody here and the doors open still. It says it closes at 12 and I’m writing this before 12, please update your hours.
was told meds would be ready in 5 only to wait there for 40 damn minutes
It’s completely ridiculous and unreasonable to have the medical center open at 7:30 AM yet the pharmacy doesn’t open till 8:30 AM. I had an early appointment that went great but now I’m waiting 30 minutes more to pick up my prescription due to the pharmacy not being open. I hope they make the change to have the same hours as the medical center which would make perfect sense and be more practical.
This Kaiser is super efficient, always polite, and is now my first choice for any needs that don't require my personal physician in Baldwin Park.
