They'll eventually fill your Rx, but I keep getting a combo of mistakes and/or surprising amount of rudeness for a 2-minute interaction. I just want to discreetly get my correct prescription when I'm told it's ready. No smiles needed, just please don't be so mean.
Completely and totally incompetent. I went to Bartell's for years, and never had any issues, even as they started to close stores and felt the consequences of Rite Aid's takeover. I can't remember a time in the last year and a half where Kaiser has not managed to mess up my prescription in some form or another. I usually have to call 2-3 times the week before my prescription is supposed to be filled, sit on hold for 30-45 minutes, and they STILL always mess it up. Had the best customer service from Cecily. She was able to fit me in so I didn't have to wait a month to be seen. Her kindness and compassion was very comforting. I will definitely be back to this keiser as everyone was so helpful.
Slow moving pharmacy, however its clear its not on their hard working staff. I have been using this pharmacy for years and have had no issues with them other that some long waits.
