We have been Kaiser members for over 20 years and have never had such a bad experiences since move to Colorado Springs and using Premier Pharmacy. Customer service is absolutely horrible with no willingness to help, constant out of stock, and wait times are 40 minutes. Open at 9 lunch at 12:30 to 1:30ish and close at 5. Sure hope their horrible staff are not being paid 8 hours when literally working for less than 7 hours. Will be switching after today's whole lack of customer service and support.
