Very respectful professional staff. They went out their way to make sure i had my meds before the holiday.
KP insurance is not accepted at any pharmacy besides their own locations. All KP pharmacies are closed on weekends, which means that KP insurance holders are unable to get their medication ~40% of the time. This is simply unacceptable
On multiple occasions now this location has told me on the phone they have my medicine in stock only to tell me once I’ve driven all the way there that they don’t have it and they’ll have to order it. Maybe the people on the phone should start double checking what they are being asked
