I've been using this pharmacy for about a year and I've never had any issues with them. Kaiser Permanente as a whole... Different story. But this place in particular, no problems so far.

Actually 100000000 stars! Unfortunately we have to visit quite regularly, so: This is the BEST pharmacy we have ever used! The first (and current) person that helped me, was/is Mel. She is so fantastic and immediately she treated me like the most important person. She is kind, & professional, always has a smile, and goes way out of her way to help our family! And, that is the way the entire staff treats us, like family. I have never ever, had to wait more than a couple minutes...only during peak hours, most of the time zero ... read more
