Ellen Guerrero is an amazing help! She continually gives excellent customer service with a smile... along with how knowledgable she is!!! She is truly an asset to Kaiser Permanente!
So pleased with the service from this pharmacy. It wasn't my local pharmacy but when I was in a pinch, and I mean tight, I was able to go in and talk to pharmacist, who contacted my doctor to help me out. It was beyond the help needed cause I couldn't just reach my doctor after hours and there was absolutely no phone in appointments available to speak with someone who could help in the moment. Even the nurses tried ALL they could do... They were open the latest. I'm just super appreciative.
says open sunday, but apparently its closed, you guys should fix that. So people dont waste time driving here just to find it closed, thank you.

I Googled "Kaiser Permanente Palm Desert Pharmacy" and online it says it is open 9am-12:30pm, then 1:30pm-5pm on Sundays. I drove over an hour to get here and the info on the front door says CLOSED on Sundays.😵💫 I was not the only person who showed up expecting it to be open. Online says the pharmacy is open 9am-7:30pm Mon-Fri and 9am-12:30pm, then 1:30-5pm Saturdays & Sundays. BUT the info on the front door at the office building says 7am-7:30pm Mon-Fri and 7:30am-5pm on Saturday and CLOSED on Sundays. So........???....d... read more
