Workers are rude to patients unprovoked, especially when they start asking questions around their medication availability. I witnessed and experienced this on multiple occasions. You should get better pharmacists that actually know the value of serving and supporting patients.
It took 4 trips to the pharmacy, 3 phone calls and many communications via the portal over a week+ to get a medication filled. Each communication I was told it was ordered and to come back in a few days *plot twist* it indeed never got ordered. I began to question reality. Was I dreaming of the Kaiser pharmacy? Still unclear, but the stack of parking tickets in my car indicate otherwise. Prior to that they sent me to Walnut Creek twice for partials. Crazy making stuff.
Kaiser is a nice hospital. I do think there are staffing issues and more than a few strikes recently make it hard to feel like you are getting great care.
I hope there is a way to submit the complaint, my drug is prescribed by the doctor due to I am not comfortable to buy otc since it’s for pregnancy, super easy to buy wrong drug. But when I try to pickup my drug in OTC, the pharmacies just let me take any random by myself instead of follow doctor prescribed drug, and it said clearly it will cost zero through my insurance, but they want me take otc drug, I have to pay through my pocket.
