I put in for prescription a week ago. It was approved a week ago by my doctor. In the app I put in the time I'm going to pick up and the date. It doesn't let you move forward on the website unless you put a time. This is before a holiday and i I have to pick it up the morning before I go to work because I will be working after they close. They are not open tomorrow which is a Friday because of the holiday and they are not open on the weekend. I call and I say my pick up time was for 8:30. Very disappointing experience. I brought my 11-year-old son to his appointment, and the medical assistant only checked his blood pressure. After that, we waited for over 30 minutes and the doctor never showed up. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of communication. No one came to update us, explain the delay, or check on us. The hallways were empty, and the office felt completely disorganized.
