I love this pharmacy. My neighborhood pharmacy was falling apart, so I switched to Kaiser Permanente. Sometimes a bit of a wait, but always reliable.
Took over an hour to fill a simple antibiotic prescription. I went to the counter to ask why my number was not being called and they said mine was ready but they had to help someone before me. The person they called had a later number than I did, and had waited less long. They don’t prioritize getting people out of there in a reasonable time or fair order. Over and hour for antibiotics is ridiculous.
It's insane to me that you have 10 windows and only have 1 or 2 open at a time. HIRE MORE WORKERS.
