Love this Kaiser Pharmacy. Location is great and the employees are wonderful. Wait times are very reasonable. Today I went in to pick up a couple of my usual refills and they were in Big containers instead of the usual good size containers! Apparently a Robot is filling up the refills. I am okay with a Robot filling up my prescription but why the humongous containers!!! I am sure these containers cost more than the regular sized containers. The wait time is usually 15 minutes if I have to wait at all.

Staff are very rude and the wait time is ridiculous
Expect a 45-60 minute wait for prescription pick up. Nice staff but short-staffed for a 15-20 minute wait time.
