**month later update 7/18/26 Once again I called this morning and made sure that they would have it I asked her specifically to give me a call if anything were to show up. Well here we go again. I make sure to call and confirm my prescription will be ready. Yet every single time I show up they tell me that it will not be ready until another day. They never call they never let me know. And a few times is understandable but this literally happens every single time. I really just don't understand it. How can they get away with lying to me every single time? I would never go again if I had any other options.
I’ve always had great experiences here! The staff are professional, wait times are usually short (even a long line moves quickly and the staff step in to help each other), and the communication is good when meds are out of stock or they only have enough for a partial fill (this rarely happens).
Can’t even call the pharmacy directly. Round and round in a stupid voicemail system
I hate Kaiser. Its the worst insurance ever. However, the staff here is great.
