Very easy process. Able to pick my pickup location or set up mail delivery. Longview, WA location was convenient, quick and professional.
I was a Kaiser patient. I quit Kaiser because their pharmacy is awful. They did NOT keep my refigerated meds in a fridge. They just stored them at room temp. It says right on the box that the meds need refrigeration. I pointed that out, but they didn't listen to me. The staff didn't care. The lines and wait times are often very long too.
