I rarely write reviews, but this pharmacy truly deserves it. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been so kind, patient, and helpful. Special shoutout to Tina—she went above and beyond to help me with my IVF medications, explaining everything clearly and making sure I had exactly what I needed. She truly made my day!
This pharmacy was sent my dapsone prescription two weeks ago they still haven't approved to cover. This is the first time I've had Kaiser & their low deductible plan won't even cover an acne cream! Worst health plan ever! I've never had a problem with this prescription with any other health plan: united, anthem, etc. Kaiser is awful.
