Picked up two prescriptions. There was a long line but the clerks were quick and friendly. I ordered them online early this morning and they were ready at 8am. There was a guy in a beautiful dark suit behind the counter who didn't seem to have anything to do. Maybe he is a supervisor!?
Went to pick up an rx today. No hello, no smile or acknowledgement..no have a good day, thank you. Just a tech who appeared to hate her job. Yikes, not hard to be professional and cordial.
