It's sad that for as much as Kaiser costs to keep as a health provider they can't hire at least one more pharmacist. Any time I come in it's one or two people trying to help a line of patients and it's not fair to them or the patients
Looks like kaiser deleted my review so I am going to post again... First off I want to say I am extremely frustrated and stressed out with kaiser and there team of people im going threw heart disease and going to have heart surgery done and it has been the most stressful experience being with kaiser every single step of this heart disease journey has been a nightmare with kaiser I really want to get over this surgery so I can switch insurance provider. One of if not the slowest pharmacy in all of the Kaiser Permanente Network Might take you upwards of 20 to 30 minutes cuz normally they only have one checkout person doing prescriptions Nice people Just extremely understaffed
Picked up two prescriptions. There was a long line but the clerks were quick and friendly. I ordered them online early this morning and they were ready at 8am. There was a guy in a beautiful dark suit behind the counter who didn't seem to have anything to do. Maybe he is a supervisor!?
Went to pick up an rx today. No hello, no smile or acknowledgement..no have a good day, thank you. Just a tech who appeared to hate her job. Yikes, not hard to be professional and cordial.
