They make it so hard to get your prescription EVERY SINGLE MONTH. Why do you even have an app if summiting a prescription is pointless? I cant Imagine older people or people who don't speak as good English trying to navigate your broken system!! It's so messed up. Why do I have to spend a hour sometimes every single month calling to get a script filled I put in on the app and my doctor sends over???? Wasting so many people's time and your own staff.... I will be begging my company to switch insurance providers
My experience with Kaiser is always great but this time medical assistant Derik was super helpful fast and efficient. He weighed me on the chair in the room which I never knew could be done. I’ve been coming to Kaiser for over 8 years and today was the first time I was weighed in like that which was great! He also told me I can take my labs in the same area where my appointment was and not downstairs in the main entrance like I’ve done a million times. It’s been over a week and they still haven’t gotten to my prescription… even after I contracted my primary doctor. I’m now on a call and every time I call they put me on hold for over 30 minutes. This is my third time calling now
They will never approve any medication that is good for you, they force you to take medications that is cheap for them. They don’t care about your health.
