Billy is my favorite. They recently changed the on shelf items and got rid of things I take.
I ordered a prescription a week ago, still shows pending after a week. I try to call, it takes me 10 to 15 minutes to go through the system. When it finally rings to connect to a human, they hang up inmediately. I tried to call 3 times, still haven't be able to contact anyone. I tried the website. When I click "report a grievance" it takes me to my messages and nothing happen. Remind me again why are we spending hundreds of dollars a month for this?
