Patients relying on daily medication beware!!!! I’ve been a Kaiser member for over 10 years. My doctor and the lab are excellent — my doctor is the reason I continue to stay with Kaiser. But the Gateway Pharmacy has failed me twice on the same critical medication (methylphenidate). I usually receive 28 pills each month. My last order was July 22, so by late August I was due for a refill. The system should have shown I was due, not overusing or overordering.
