Kaiser’s pharmacy has changed over the years, but it still operates far below an acceptable level of efficiency. The lines are consistently long, and after checking in, the wait time is usually around 20 minutes. On busy days, there are not enough staff members, and seating is limited, which makes the experience even more uncomfortable.Because I pick up a controlled medication, I am told to call ahead. Excellent pharmacists. Really quick for a place with a very very large urgent care patient population. I go there for urgent care, which is an extremely long wait, always over an hour and sometimes several hours. But the pharmacy is a relief because it’s usually only about 10 minutes.
Always have a good experience at this location. Chris was particularly helpful this afternoon ;)
