Specifically, the pharmacists at this location are truly far from great. Honestly, I wish I could leave this location a zero. I was here a month ago for a compounded medication. I had questions for the pharmacist related to the medication, and the pharmacist I spoke with told me to call the compounding pharmacy. Whoever the man working at the front of the pharmacy is, he was incredibly rude. I listened to him speak disrespectfully to multiple people before interacting with him myself, and unfortunately, I had the same experience. Hospitals are already stressful places for patients and their families. The last thing anyone needs is to be met with someone who is impatient, short, and rude for no reason. A little kindness and professionalism can make a big difference.

I don’t ever leave reviews, but for a pharmacist to have an attitude when picking up the phone within the first hour of being open is absolutely unacceptable. I had a very nice tone and just wanted to ask a question about my prescription order. While I was in the middle of speaking, I got cut off by the man on the phone just saying “WHAT IS YOUR KAISER NUMBER”. I have called kaiser 100s of times, I know how this works, but to be rude and cut off my question when you could’ve waited for me to finish really put a bad taste in ... read more
