Good customer service clean environment happy people
I ordered refill of 2 meds. Then I got a notification saying 1 was not approved. I got text message + notification saying my other prescription was ready. When at the pharmacy I was told "Dr. Didn't approve", I showed text msg and still not good. I saw Doctor today, he put order in. Again, got text msg and 2 hrs later I was told med was not ready. The guy told me "you may receive text msg but it doesn't mean you don't need to check in and wait 20 minutes"
