It's the "when we get around to it" pharmacy. That can take a week to even start filling your prescription unless you call it in as urgent.
These folks have always taken great care of me. Current lead pharmacist is excellent.
The pharmacy tech whom answers is rude and terrible customer service. 2 weeks trying to get prescriptions filled I did not receive any type of service until requesting the Pharmacy Manger. So disappointed as a Kaiser member most of my life this is not normal Kaiser service.
