Fatima Q. is amazing! My family and I were in a difficult situation trying to move out of state when we encountered an issue getting our prescriptions filled. We would have been forced to move without our meds if it wasn't for Fatima Q. She heard about our situation and went above and beyond to resolve it. On short notice (and at the end of the day) she processed all the paperwork and got our prescriptions filled before we had to leave town. This kind of personal attention from the staff makes me want to stay in the area!

Took my son in for his speech assessment. The therapist was nice but showed no patience at all towards my son. And then we were told they had no appointments available coz they only have one speech therapist in Va for Kaiser. Horrible
