There was a miscommunication between doctor and the notes she mentioned in the medicines. I accidentally over purchased the medicines Neither the person issuing the medicines asked me of how much I wanted nor did the doctor correctly mentioned in the prescription. The medicines were expensive and they didn’t take it back by quoting that I left the premises But I didn’t leave the facility. There are rules and there is compassion ! It was a bad experience for me to over purchase medicines at kaiser
Day after Christmas...not to busy. Everyone had a helpful attitude. I understand everyone wearing a mask but they need to remember that it muffles their voice so maybe speak a little louder and a little slower.
