I encountered a super rude pharmacy tech at one of the counters. Some kid that looked fresh out of high school was talking over his coworkers and yelled at me while one of the other techs was talking to me. It was on a Saturday so there wasn't much in the way of backlog. Everyone else was super nice and helpful. Everything is clean and efficient. But, given my experience I have to question their training methods as that kid shouldnt be allowed to interact with patients.
I finally found a doctor after eight years who would titrate me off benzodiazepine because I did not know what I prescribed them how bad they work the pharmacy has made this horrible every month. They have screwed it up. In fact they screwed up so much that for several months, they have not been able to lower my dose because the pharmacy always gets it wrong And actually it’s not the pharmacy. I just had a hip replacement. I was s scared! The nurses were just amazing. Everyone involved came in and talked to me. They made me feel safe and calm. Dr. Winston is just an amazing surgeon!! The only name I remember is Brandy. But I wish I could give all of them a huge hug and thank you. They are the very best!!
