Very disappointing experience. My brother had just come out of surgery and we came in for prescribed pain medication. Despite explaining multiple times that he has no insurance, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Zero empathy, poor communication, and completely unprofessional behavior. This is not how you treat patients, especially in a situation like this.

Aujourd'hui, je suis allée à la pharmacie pour faire contrôler ma tension. Je me sentais vraiment mal, mais ils ont refusé de me prendre en charge. Ils m'ont dit de revenir dans deux ou trois heures. (Si je survis, j'imagine.)
