If you’re gonna go here, make sure Amy waits on you. She’s very patient. Donna is very rude. She doesn’t try to help the patient. She doesn’t care the way. Their service is set up. It’s ridiculous. The faxes go to a whole other facility then you have to wait for that facility to fax them to the store that you go to and pray and hope they have everything. Called to ask about equipment and was told they accept insurance, yet upon getting there I'm informed that they do NOT take insurance!! There were two people working, the man is super rude and the lady (who i assume is the one who originally told us they take our insurance considering she's the only one there) was oblivious to anyone being inside the establishment. I should have turned around the moment I was ignored for several minutes upon entering. I do not recommend this place at all!!
Nice place and courtesy great customer service
I brought in a prescription for crutches straight from my doctors office. Signed by her too. And the woman I spoke to told me that since my note in my chart for my visit wasn’t signed she couldn’t give me crutches. Why do you need to view my note? That is a violation of my privacy. It is a prescription for CRUTCHES. I’m not supposed to be weight bearing of any kind on this leg. But she said she would call me after it was signed to get them and she never did🙃
We're unable to help with my order. Perhaps that's why they're in financial trouble. I believe they expanded too quickly and are reaping the results.
