I had such a positive experience with the pharmacy team at Shoppers Drug Mart, and I especially want to recognize Abina, the Pharmacy Manager, and Cherry for their exceptional service. Abina was incredibly professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt supported. This is apparently the worst Shoppers Pharmacy in existence; more than 24 hrs to fill a basic prescription.
