On the evening of June 29, 2026, I went in to get prescriptions for my husband but only received one. I didn't realize the doctor had also issued an electronic prescription until I got home. I called this location to ask about it. They told me they hadn't received it, which was fine, but I was trying to figure out what to do next. As of today June 28,2026. I went to check on my sudden hearing loss and the personnel clearly does not want you there, a lady from pick up area tried to get rid of me without even receive attention. When finally saw the doctor he does not even have equipment to check patients, does not even show interest in what he’s doing (of course other people’s health) and in the end he just tells you he can do nothing and leaves to chat with the pickup’s area lady. I am satisfied and amazed by the service of Ash who is nice and Emily. Emily really go out her way to help me with my insurance issues as senior. She follows up and called me after sorting it out. I'm glad and happy for her help. They are professionals and kind.
