Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I've been here for 3 vaccinations already and each one had very untrained and disorganized concierges. The pharmacist administering the vaccination was poorly trained and extremely incompetent in every way. In fact, the last visit they cancelled my appointment after I was already there and had been waiting for 10 min because they ran out of the vaccination that I was there for and booked months in advance.
