Staff is very helpful, with medications.
Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I've been here for 3 vaccinations already and each one had very untrained and disorganized concierges. The pharmacist administering the vaccination was poorly trained and extremely incompetent in every way. In fact, the last visit they cancelled my appointment after I was already there and had been waiting for 10 min because they ran out of the vaccination that I was there for and booked months in advance. Waited over 45 minutes. During that time 1 patient was seen which took less than 5 minutes. The rest of the time we could see the administrating pharmacist play on his phone and then leave his office. Everyone's paperwork was left unattended and unsecured on the front counter because the lady that was supposed to be at that desk was behind the pharmacy counter. She couldn't even see what was going on at her desk. Walked out, won't be back.
