I have simple instructions for a certain diabetic device to be covered by my plan - there are clear written instructions on my file that the pharmacist/tech HAS TO CALL a phone number for special authorization for the diabetic devices to be fully covered. Wow - I used to go to Mactaggart Shoppers Pharmacy and recently moved so the Mullen Rd Shoppers Pharmacy is closer. Immediate acknowledgement - kindness - a prescribing pharmacist who is sooo knowledgeable and willing to help - and super quick to fill the prescription he prescribed. In and out within ten mins - that is what I call incredible! Thank you Jyus and Eddie Wong!

Gloria, the pharmacist really hinted at a right diagnosis and suggested me to go to urgent care. This really saved me as they diagnosed Pneumonia for me and gave antibiotics. When people in professions like medicine have the attitude of helping and understanding people first and not just simply focused on doing their job, they can save people's life.
