I only have one medication and they told me that it would be ready by 2 o clock, I left and came back only to find out they needed more time after I checked in with them they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Understandably I agree and waited for another 25 minutes and they still hadn’t prepared it. Finally I approach them and ask if it was ready and they said it was prepared but the doctor couldn’t sign off as he was preoccupied with another patient. Always have a great experience here . The one visit I'll review is when my elderly mother was here from out of province. We needed a weeks worth of some serious meds the pharmacist was so great . Our visit was nearly ruined . Thank you shoppers
Always a wonderful experience! Staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and I can’t recommend it enough! Head pharmacists that are amazing are Ricky, nick, Jenna, maple, dimple, and all the other staff whose names I don’t know are wonderful people!
I really appreciate that I was able to book a time with the pharmacist to learn how to properly inject some new medication. He was patient, detailed, and explained everything in a way I could understand. He did the first injection, I did the second. He gave feedback and was reassuring. I feel much more equipped to do my next injections by myself at home.
