Always a wonderful experience! Staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and I can’t recommend it enough! Head pharmacists that are amazing are Ricky, nick, Jenna, maple, dimple, and all the other staff whose names I don’t know are wonderful people!
I really appreciate that I was able to book a time with the pharmacist to learn how to properly inject some new medication. He was patient, detailed, and explained everything in a way I could understand. He did the first injection, I did the second. He gave feedback and was reassuring. I feel much more equipped to do my next injections by myself at home.
Riki (pharmacist) was exceptional with his knowledge, advice and helpfulness. He took the time to explain how my meds worked. He turned information into understanding.
Shoppers needs to coordinate online appointments with in-store capacity, especially on weekends. Pharmacists are often understaffed with many waiting even though they've made appointments.
