Very disappointed with my experience at Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy. I gave my prescription to Neelam and was told the medication would be ready within an hour, or I could pick it up the next day. I chose to come back the next day and was told "okay." When I returned, another pharmacist informed me that the medication was not available, had been put on file, and would not be available for about a week. Pharmacist Dianne very attentive, and helpful. In ways, I have never experienced before.
The pharmacists are super educated and supportive. They have caught things missed by our family doctor and provide ongoing positive impact for me and my family.
Excellent care and prompt medical attention to the infection on my arm. Pharmacist Diane was helpful and knowledgeable. She provided follow up health care advice and I did not need to go to a medical centre for treatment. I am grateful for the health care. Thank you!
