Staff are so receptive and personable. They build rapport, are patient and efficient. I am very impressed with the quality of service at the Brewery Centre Shopper’s Drug Mart.

I chose this pharmacy because it is close to my doctor, and I’ve generally had very good experiences with Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacies over the years. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was extremely disappointing. On my first visit, the pharmacist who helped me was kind and professional. She checked my prescription and politely explained that although it was prescribed by my doctor, the medication was available over the counter and even helped me find it.
