Their customer service lately has been far from acceptable. Deliveries are not being made on time, and when you ask why, the answers you receive completely contradict each other. During a phone call to understand why the delivery couldn’t be made, the excuse I was given was totally unrelated to what I was told just five minutes later. First, I was told that the delivery had been scheduled for Wednesday and that I wouldn’t receive it until Friday.
