I had both of my babies here and loved the after delivery part of it. All the nurses are sweet and caring and always made sure I had everything I needed!!
It's a hospital. My husband died there. I loved my Kaiser Doctor, but their IT is horrible. If you have a problem with your online access to your medical records you can expect it will NEVER get fixed. This was my experience. Over a year and they still can't/won't fix it. I could not communicate with my doctor, see my test results, make appointments or refill meds. What's the use of having technology if you can't use it?
