Went for a walk-in sunday morning, it was empty so I was seen right away. I was very anxious about it all after reading a lot of bad reviews in most of the Red Deer clinics. However, the receptionist was decent– straightforward and quick. Dr. Madduri was very patient, listened to my concerns with no judgment, and was all around very kind. I will say that he made my experience a comfortable, informative, and positive one- and I will definitely be back!

Pharmacist was completely unsympathetic to my medical issue and just kept repeating “you have to have symptoms for 10 days before I can do anything. Go literally anywhere else if you want help.
