Un employé, un homme corpulent à qui il manque une dent en bas (je fais cette description uniquement afin qu’il puisse être identifié au cas où un propriétaire lirait ce commentaire), a fait preuve d’une attitude très arrogante. Il a refusé de vérifier si mon assurance privée couvrait le nouveau médicament prescrit et a insisté pour que je contacte moi-même mon assurance. Llevo 3 años yendo a este lugar y siempre me han atendido súper bien incluso cuando no hablaba el idioma
I was supposed to get medication for 3 months and it was approved my MAX program. I was asked to pay $80 for the pharmacy professional fees and the front desk staff didn't know why or what they were charging the $80 for. I'll be moving my file away from here very quickly. Thank you for your time!! Would be better next time you tell the customers what you're charging the money for so when you're making a cash grab it looks exactly like what it is.
