Pay attention when you pick up your medication! I have been getting my prescriptions from this pharmacy for several years. There has never been any mistakes with my medications until recently. Today was the third time I have had to correct an error. I am beginning to lose faith in the ability of the staff to handle patients with multiple prescriptions.
I recently visited this post office to mail a package and was quite disappointed by the service I received. While the location is convenient, the associate at the till was exceptionally rude. Their demeanor was dismissive, and they acted as if we were stupid. I understand that postal workers can be busy, but basic courtesy should be a given, especially when assisting customers who may not be familiar with all the postal procedures. Big thank you to the pharmacist that helped me today. My son slammed his finger in the car door. The pharmacist here was gave us an ice pack at no charge. Thank you so much for your kindness.
