Lady asked me what meds I was on then put me on a short hold and then said they were at capacity? That sounds like they didn't wanna fill my meds.

I love this pharmacy and all of the employees are wonderful but I just have to complain about the new automated phone system. Never had any issues with the old one, but the new one is horrible. I called and put in my Rx # 3 times fir my refill and the system said it could not be found. Called back 1hr later and got it on the first try. Also the new system doesn't give you an estimate of when your Rx will be ready. It wasn't broke so why did you fix it??
They always have my medications. The people are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else
