PharmaCare of Frostburg is my go-to pharmacy—and honestly, the best in Allegany County. In an area that seriously lacks quality...or really, any....healthcare—PharmaCare of Frostburg stands out even more. The Pharmacy's manager, Alex, is incredibly knowledgeable and super attentive—even when it's swamped. He once caught a serious drug interaction that my previous big-name pharmacy totally missed—and I’ve been a loyal customer ever since. BEWARE: it is NOT against ANY law to pay cash for ANY kind of prescriptions. None. Zero. Zilch. If the female pharmacist tells you that, she is lying. And she will treat you like you are scum of the earth for even asking such a question. I dont like liars. Especially when I've done everything on my end by the book and have done NOTHING WRONG but been born with a chronic life long illness that HURTS ALL DAY/NIGHT LONG. But I guess if you are seriously ill, in her eyes, you are scum of the earth and a second class citizen.
The staff is great and this is my go to Pharmacy. The one we consider the best. Especially Alex the Pharmacist.
